Polymer Clay Accessories

Roo & Roo accessories are handmade from polymer clay. The color, pattern, and texture variance ensures that each piece is as unique as the person wearing them! Polymer clay is a durable and extremely lightweight material. It is, however, breakable and able to be scratched. Therefore, it is not recommended to store in purses or pockets, or to wear while sleeping, showering, or swimming. To ensure your pieces maintain shape and color, keep out of direct sunlight as prolonged exposure can cause discoloration. Avoid exposing to harsh chemicals such as hairspray, perfume, cleaning solutions, nail polish remover, hand sanitizer, etc. as this can cause yellowing or discoloration to the clay.

Returns/Exchanges
As a small business, Roo & Roo cannot accept returns or exchanges. Items that are damaged in shipping are able to be returned for the same item within 30 days of receipt. Packages will be mailed within 3-5 business days of purchase. At this time, Roo & Roo can only ship within the U.S.
